Photo Contest Rules
To enter, use the official entry form or print your name, address, name of subject in photo and phone number on a 3x5 card. No purchase necessary to win. Enter as often as you wish.

Attach entry form, do not staple, to the back of the photograph. Digitally produced photos must also be accompanied by a disk or CD containing the photograph.

Photographers must be at least 18 years old.

All submissions must be color photographs taken at our farm during the past 18 months.

All winner will be notified by mail. Winners are required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. Winning entrants agree that Carroll's Pumpkin Farm has the non-exclusive right to use, without further compensation, their photographs for promotion, publication and other purposes.

Receipt of submissions will not be acknowledge nor will submissions be returned.

By submitting photos in the contest, photographers are automatically regarded as having consented to the rules of this contest.

All prizes will be awarded. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
